An English word lips means not only the reddish parts but also the part under nose. A Japanese word kuchibiru (lips) does not include the latter part. Languages have different usages of words. Of course Arka should have unique usages of words because it is an a priori conlang. Sex (lips) means only reddish parts of lips, for example.
